You might never need the photos, but then again.........................

Another thought, don't take the pony back on your own, take your OH (if you have one)or borrow one, the bigger the better!! at least you will have a witness to any conversations.

  • Glad to hear you're getting a resolution. The advice about pics/vet report is sound, as well as making sure that you get a receipt on returning it and confirmation that this is the end of the matter.

The lady who sold me all these pays no tax and claims disability allowance due to not being able to walk properly cause she damaged her knee - although she can go to her stables all day and muck out, train foals and do a cash in hand cleaning job. I've been out of my job for two months, haven't claimed a penny - my choice I know.

Based on the above, would you PLEASE report this to the benefits office! She certainly should not be claiming benefit allowance if she's fit and capable of carrying out work in the stables!

Benefit money should be there for those who genuinely need it, therefore this woman needs reporting at the very least. It will then be up to the benefits office to decide if she's worthy or not.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
