    Cool.

In that case my offer still stands for anyone - three of my £3 vouchers (£9 worth) for one of your £5 vouchers.

the items are so cheap is they come from china
Interestingly my Harry Potter came today from Singapore! Took 4 days from release, but given how little I paid for it I'm not complaining.
I also ordered the BBC Pride & Prejudice the other day and the Chinese sent me the Keira Knightley movie version. I emailed a complaint and CD-Wow responded next day saying the correct one would be despatched and they sent me a freepost envelope to return the wrong one.
Compared to dealing with some UK based companies like ebuyer and aria I am well impressed with CD-Wow. If you want guaranteed time for receipt of a CD or DVD I suggest people shop at Virgin and pay twice the price you get from these guys.

It's where the stuff is posted from which accounts for 5-7 day delivery, and in my experience its always quicker. Also, CD-WOW have great prices and free delivery, so £5 off is a fantastic bargain. I dont see the problem either to be honest! Perhaps you were expecting far too much

Dispatch within 48 hours means it gets sent within 48 hours, doesnt say delivery.

My son applied and got £1. My wife registerd after him and got a £5. He keeps e-mailing and they say he didnt follow correct procedures and that his e-mail wasnt registered. But it accepted codes and how did he even get the pound if his e-mail wasnt registered. Think they are making up as they go along.

Would he have any recourse. I know it is only a fiver but it is their arrogance that gets me.

i had a problem initially with my Mirror voucher (got to payment process then 'lost' details), but after emailing them I could retry the next day, and £5 off a £6 dvd. Arrived safely (from HK). Never got my TimeOut voucher, but will look out for other offers now I know it can actually work.
