I am having the same problem. I input the voucher and got the £5 discount but then changed my mind on the CD before paying. I removed the CD and added another (incidently, the one my wife wanted) and the message: "Sorry but your evoucher is already in use."

Anyone got any ideas??? It driving me nuts?!?!

Wait a few hours (try tomorrow) and then try again. It takes a while for the code to become 'unlocked' again once you've tried to redeem it.
