Nokia 5140 and 6600

I have searched through the topic unlocking but still have no answers to my question, which is : I am looking at buying both these phones as Pay as u go on Orange but would like them unlocked onto O2 the 5140 from amazon is £130( unless anyone has seen it cheaper) the 6600 is from a company called Cyrene Communications but I have to register the phone to Orange before I purchase ( price is also £130) back to my question Can these phones be unlocked?

Unlocked fine, and after a bit of hassle with the o2 settings is now good! (I now have a manual version to input codes as the online one was rubbish!)..

Once you have installed the settings into your handset and saved them, please switch off your handset and switch it back on. This will activate the settings for you.

Had looked at it on Cyren Communications and was a bit concerned because you had to register it with Orange before you could confirm payment, will it still unlock?
