Whatever you do don't tell the seller that you may start a chargeback, as this gives the seller opportunity to clear their paypal account before paypal attempt to refund.0

You won't get any money
But, you could try contacting your bank, as some banks offer similar sorts of protection as credit cards through their debit cards - I read this in a thread recently so will try and find it for you.0 -

I paid for it on the 13th. Their feedback was good until the last three transactions. He's had neutrals for late delivery!!
