What a rubbish week I'm having - children both ill now and the house is a complete tip. Must get something done today. Not even showered yet. Ugh

Magnificent Monday - Living room, hall, stairs and porch!
Level One
[STRIKE]Declutter ALL the floors!!
Clear the mantle of junk[/STRIKE]
Level Two
Vacuum/sweep all the floors.. stairs too!
Vacuum/sweep under furniture you can safely move!
Vacuum and/or wipe sofas
Level Three
[STRIKE]Wash the windows[/STRIKE] It's raining so shan't bother
Wash any soft furnishings that need it

Extras

1. Wipe and water plants
2. Declutter and tidy a drawer!
3. [STRIKE]make any important and/or necessary phonecalls[/STRIKE]
4. HHI

Twinkly Tuesday - Kitchen and dining room
Level One
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
Scrub down the frontf of units and large appliances
Level Two
Wipe and replace small appliances
[STRIKE]Clean oven and hob[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wash windows and sills[/STRIKE]
Level Three
Wipe the table and chairs... clean cloth if necessary
Sweep and mop the floor
Degunge the fridge!
Extras

1. [STRIKE]Thoroughly clean the cupboard under the sink![/STRIKE] Kept it clean and tidy from last time
2. Run the WM's and DW's through a clean cycle
3. Clean all the filters and door seals etc
4. Wipe the back door down.. inside.. and out!!

Wishywashy Wednesday ~ Study, bathrooms and loo
Level One
Declutter floors
Declutter the desk and[STRIKE] 100 emails![/STRIKE]
Level Two
Scrub the tiles, bath, sinks, loo's, shower etc
Polish mirrors and taps
Sort out the toiletries cupboard.. wipe the shelves andmake it all nice and neat
Level Three
Sweep and mop/vacuum the floors
[STRIKE]empty and clean out the bins[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]wash the windows and sills[/STRIKE]
Extras

1. binbag dance
2. HHI

[STRIKE]Collect all the dirty laundry from upstairs and put it in the wash!
Clean out any stinky pets!
[/STRIKE]

Tremendous Thursday - Master bedroom and Landing
Level One
Strip and wash bedding!
Clear some floordrobe
Level Two
Clear landing floor.. or sort a hotspot out there!!
[STRIKE]Wash windows[/STRIKE]
Vacuum floors
Level Three
Sort out shoes and coats and bags! etc
Binbag dance
Reorder and tidy a chest of drawers.. if there is anything to get rid of.. DO IT!!

1. Tidy the linen cupboard
2. [STRIKE]Air the duvet over the line if it isn't raining![/STRIKE]!
3. Dust and deweb
4. [STRIKE]Make sure those smoke alarms are working!!! (do not set fire to anything.. just press the button!!)[/STRIKE]
5. [STRIKE]One load of washing and hang to dry[/STRIKE]

Sorry I'm having a busy week - staff meeting then parents' evening for DS on Tuesday, worked late then parents' evening for DD last night and then another staff meeting tonight!

Flying wise this morning I've emptied and reloaded the WM!

Just having my first cuppa of the day (much to the mogs disgust)

Think I'll pop the towels on the line for a blow now as it looks like rain could come - they may get an hour.

Not medical advise but for those of you prone to suffering depression have a look at some of the thread on Vitamin D, remember if you do not supplement then I think right now your levels are at their lowest for the year.

Freedom - thanks for the orchid advise I am going to the garden centre next week so I will take a look then.

Toots - thinking of you and hoping it goes well.

I was just putting on my trainers to walk to the shop to buy loo paper :rolleyes: and it's started raining... so I need to decide whether to walk and get wet and miserable, or to drive, and go to the gym later.

I think... if I get wet walking as far as the car... I'll drive!

(((hugs))) for soappie - hope you survive the users. Twice in two weeks is a little excessive really... that level of exposure to them really is beyond the call of duty! Hope you enjoy your lunch.

Done apart from the toiletries shelf as I really should go to work sometime soon! Does mean I have done up to Level 2 (almost) in the bathroom, and it's my first week so feel a bit proud.

1. Washing - I have a mountain to clear The washing now only reaches to the top of the basket - last week it was double the height of the basket and kept randomly falling over on the cats. :rotfl:
