    Evening all,

Sorry I haven't popped in for a while - as I predicted, I have been given work every day this week having originally had only Monday booked in, but at least it's meaning that the money is still coming in, even if I can't spend so much time with you lovely lot.

Nice to see you back on the thread Toots, and hope that your treatment has gone and will go well.

Pigpen has the book arrived yet? I've picked up a lost package claim form so will fill that out if it hasn't.

I have done bits and pieces of flying even though I've not been posting. We've discovered that the reason soot keeps on coming through our fire, is because birds are nesting right inside the chimney! Don't know what we're going to do about that, but we definitely won't be able to use the gas fire in case of carbon monoxide poisoning.

Have hoovered all over the house and done a few loads of washing. The washing up has built up again, so will try and get some of that done again tomorrow morning as I'm only working in the afternoon. Must go to the gym tomorrow though as I've not been for over a month and I'm wasting my money!

Big hugs to all who need or want them.

Keeping fingers crossed that there will be a new flybaby soon mummy2mygirls.

Hello to Lady Liberty - hope you're recovering well! Let me know if you are going to the Southampton meet, cos we can either meet up on the train, or I could give you a lift if you'd like.

Hello to Serena - hope you and the family are well and that the supply is still going well.

I'd best be off to bed now, as OH went ages ago, and it's normally me who goes to bed first, so I'm off to check that he hasn't stolen all of the duvet covers! lol

    Take care everyone,

    sexymouse xx
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

  • Rosepink - sorry hun, I did a big post and lost it, but basically the person is a plonker, Depression is a hard thing to shift, it sneaks up on you and bits you in the bum before you know it's there so to say you would never get it is bullsh!t, excuse the french, and you take whatever you need to cope with it - be it pills, potions or plain ol' sunshine - glad everyone has made you feel better, because its definitely not you, it's them... :A

Soappie, hugs to you hun, that was a lovely thing the vicar did, would have got me too - glad they sorted the car for you too...

FFP - brilliant news, so pleased for you... where was it in the end?

Hugs to you to Kaz - such a shame about the glass, was anything else damaged?

    Froddy, everything OK?

Quillion, hugs to you to hun, how awful. was you expecting it and will you be OK? have they given you time to look for something else? sorry, loads of questions, I hope you are OK.

Toots, thanks for the kind words - I'm not beating myself up, gave that up a while ago - although not much cleaning done this week, because of this wonderful thread it won't be too bad to catch up with and I have done so much more because of it - I've stopped procrastinating quite so much and get loads done now with my lists and stuff - it seems a lot but little and often gets me there... BEST OF LUCK FOR TOMORROW - WE'LL ALL BE HOLDING YOUR HAND x

Valli, not sure if this will help, but if you read back on the last few of Toots previous posts on here, you will get your catchup...;)

Ohh, Lil_me, you've got the same phone as me - I love mine, it's great and I love the way it downloads everything from outlook too (and uploads all new stuff back on) like you say, all your appointments and everything... easy to use too once you get used to it. PM me if you want to know anything in particular (not that I'm an expert in any way, but I may be able to help :D )

OK, Flying wise I have started on my bedroom while checking out what I have missed while I've been at Karate with DS - I've picked up all the stuff on the floor, washing is now in washbin, paperwork is back in office and the only thing still to go out is the laptop, which I will take in a minute...

I won't be on much tomorrow unless I'm home early in which case I should see you all tomorrow night some time, but just wanted to send everyone a group hug and hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow to make up for the lousy day everyone seems to have had today :A (PS - why does the angel look sad when you highlight her?)

    Hi Sexy

I am hoping to go to the Southampton meet, but not too sure about my energy levels at the moment, will make a decision next week. It would be good to go together, so I'll let you know nearer the time if that's ok. Hope your job hunting is going well xx

    Hugs to Phil & Kazm

    Speedy baby vibes to Mummyof2

Have given the kitchen a quick tidy, off to bed now

    Night all

I'm going to be playing catch-up from yesterday as I went out for dinner last night and one of my friends dropped me at home and stayed for a couple of cups of tea so I didn't have the energy to do anything else when she left! Pretty tired this morning too tbh due to a rubbish nights sleep :o

I'll do a wee update soon once I have had caffeine and had a chance to clean a couple of bits and pieces.

Toots - thanks for the welcome PM :D

Toots - lots of hugs and good luck vibes for today - take it easy!
    Rach - enjoy your hol
Philb and Kazm - big hugs and stuff coming your way
Greenbee - don't forget to buy the loo paper! Though I've found tissues are a useful alternative in an emergency but not kitchen towel - it's too bulky and blocks the drain!

Busy day at work today. We have fixed things the users wanted fixed last week so the most rigourous of them is coming back tomorrow to make sure the fixing is what they want.

I am really tired today (too much emotion yesterday!) but I need to survive the day somehow. I'm being a lady who lunches. One of the community groups I sit on the committee for are organising a charity concert in May with the brass band from where I work. Chairman of the committee is coming on site for a meeting so we're going to do lunch together in the officers' mess. The view should be good even if the food is mediocre! ;)

But, I'd better off and make sandwiches for breakfast - won't be able to survive until 12.30 without something!

Have a lovely day everyone - hope we have some baby news by this evening.
