  • Right coffee decluttered off to start again on the livingroom. I'm starting by clearing behind the sofa of cross stitch mags, kits and knitting.
Please send search party if I haven't clocked back in by 1pm

I've cleaned everything in the kitchen, cupboards, appliances, worktops, sink, windowsills and windows. I've wiped out the inside of the fridge and larder. Cleaned the oven! and hob. Vacuumed right through downstairs, including the sides of the cooker etc and the living room. And I damp wiped the living room and computer desk.

That should qualify me for a star when kitchen day comes round :D

Then I took the dog out. Took a while to get her to walk past two women with pushchairs, even though we didn't have to go right by them. Her eyesight is poor (cataracts) and everything she can't see properly is scary to her.

Coffee time. Got to have the radio on to drown out the sound of neighbour's dog barking all day. Sometimes I prefer it to be quiet but there you go. Poor dog is just lonely.

Polly you've done loads :T when I had a barking dog problem I complained to the council, they acted immediately and it turns out the owners were oblivious to what it was doing all day whilst they were out at work, never heard it since, is that an option for you?

I've chanced the weather and hung the washing outside, it's blowing a gale and at the moment, sunny, but rain clouds are looming. will keep an eye on it.

HHC 10.45 anyone? thought it best to give some notice lol

If the neighbours are non-bonkers could you suggest they get a pheromone diffuser from the vet and leave the radio on quietly in their own house?

My dog could speak for one minute without repetition, hesitation or deviation because of her radio 4 obsession!!!

going to declutter coffee then get to the bottom of the ironing mountain...

    Morning all

Just back from picking a photo for MIL's present. SIL wanted it in B&W so that is that. All the pics were great, Miss A & W look sooooo grown up, in colour IMHO they looked even better. Might have to get some copies of some of the others later.

Greenbee you will be pleased to know I went to the tip on the way back ;)

Also popped into boots to get my advantage points added on to the replacement card. Spent vouchers x 2 on some nail varnish that I am sure Miss A will like.

Coffee now if anyone wants to join me and then more flying. TD on as I type.
