Hello all, thanks for all your well wishes. Slowly getting back on track and spoke to an old colleague yesterday which was another step forward. DS 1 is back from the weeks camp- he came back very smelly as he had been on a farm for a week but thporoughly enjoed himself. Our collie-cross is so happy all the family are home now and has conked out beneath my feet.

Sorry to hear the bad news Froddington. I know of 2 children that have died since I taught them- very haunting. I also had to attend a funeral of one of my pupil's brother(cot death) a couple of years ago. The sight of the small coffin is something that will live me for ever. It's always terrible the loss of a child and I was sorry to hear your news.

I am afraid I haven't caught up with the rest of the thread yet but will try to later on tonight. Have been playing with my new toy- electric slicer and have only cut myself twice :D Spent over £30 at Lakeland but used up the voucher I had (so they were all bargains :D I also didn't get a new mixer which saved me £200 as well) Wifey will be working on the upstairs this weekend and has given me a list of jobs to do so will be busy this weekend. Will get back to the cleaning on Monday but will visit the thread from time to time this weekend to comment :p Hugs and best wishes to all that need them.

Froddy, always so tragic, I know we've mentioned this before. I struggled last year when so many little ones I knew passed away I wondered if I could cope. I now try to see it as a pleasure to have been a part of their lives and never a life which ends so short that I am part of is forgotten, they are my inspiration. Thinking of you, the little ones and their familes aswell as those little people who are going to miss them ever so much at school.
    Pigpen ((hugs))
Dusty, oopps, I've done that before.....I am sure he'll forgive you by tomorrow when he's hungry.
Jo great to hear you got there safely

Managed to get the caravan picked up today, was windy but got back ok. The realised when we got back that the repair shop had not put my leg winder back in ARGH but thankfully borrowed one at the storage site. Spent most of this evening working on my assignment (got a weeks extension on the last one) I did contact OU about one course today, the one with the tutor I've emailed numerous times who doesn't answer!!! Anyway got 2 questions done, 3 left, not too bad.

Going to refill the WM and get myself to bed, more studying/housework needed tomorrow but so pleased it's the weekend so not having to dash about. Good night all xxx
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all!

I have woken up really early and would normally have a load in the washing machine by now, but it's broken  Luckily, my parents are visiting this weekend, so my dad has screwdrivers and the address of a spare parts place, so he has something to do that will make him feel useful :D

So, as I have a full days [strike]suffering[/strike] shopping with my mum and then dinner with the folks, I don't have a lot of time for flying, but this is what I would like to get done before I leave the house...
    • Dishes
    • Take bins out
    • S&S in living room
    • S&S in bathroom
    • Clean cooker
    • S&S in kitchen
    • Take out cat litter
My long-suffering OH hoovered the whole house for me yesterday, so I got to tick it off my list without doing it :rotfl:

    Have a lovely day!
