Halifax reward account

I've read the big thread and can't see the info I need.
Am I right in thinking that if say a DD went out of this account that took me past my overdraft limit then I would only get charged £5 a day while I was over the limit?
Or would I get hit for the "normal" (i.e. eye watering) charges as well?
I've just been stung for £105 for three transactions in one day and I cannot go on like this.

Short term, change over to 'Reward'. Then start to get on top of things. You'll only have to pay £5 a day if you don't. £0 a day is much better.0 -

I know I need to get a grip on my finances. £0 a day is better and it's what I am aiming for. £105 a day is no good at all!0 -

There is a lot of stuff on there about folk jumping through hoops to get their hands on their fivers. Not so much about what I want to know. Perhaps the thread could be split and half of it moved to stoozing?0 -

All the info you need about the overdraft charges for the reward Account is available on the Halifax site. Click the overdrafts tab
