Oh wow, Jaxxy. Thank you so much for the brownies recipe. Utterly delicious. I have honestly never tasted such delicious brownies.
I though they would be a complete disaster because I'd made soup too and when it was ready I switched the cooker off forgetting the electric oven was on. But it seemed to stay warm enough because they were cooked beautifully. Then when I tried to tip it out onto the cooling rack it fell apart. But I don't think I let it cool long enough before trying to remove it. Once it was cool, it was simply scrumptious.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
i often make these.. but i double the ingreedients (+ 1 extra egg ) and make them in a large roasting tray, cut into squares and freeze, i just take out what i need from the freezer each morning as they only take a couple of hours to defrost... they are one of the best packed lunch goodies that i make, everyone loves them. At christmas i made some with added cherries, nuts and spice, then sprinkled iceing sugar on top when they had cooled.. they didnt even make the freezer !!! lol !!!!!slimmimg world weight loss 6lbs

I guess you can freeze them if noone has spotted them and scoffs them instantly!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

I've got frozen brownies in my freezer at the moment. I usually use Delia's recipe. They are lovely served warm with vanilla ice cream.
...yes, and home made hot/warm/cold chocolate sauce, ermm, think the recipe is here somewhere!

This costs pence to make and is gorgeous. It can be tweaked to make it less 'plain' or less sweet, add a bit of cream for a touch of luxury, but it's really yummy on its own."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
