Kitten Name...

Hi,

Firstly i do apologise if this is the wrong place to post... feel free to move!

I bought today the most beautiful female black kitten to be a play mate for my 11 wk old ginger male.

The only thing is, i havent got a clue what to call her! :rotfl:

I have 2 dogs called buster and boo, and my ginger kitten is called Gizmo. My oh wants to call our new addition 'Nismo' - short for nissan motorsports i believe (as he's an avid car fan) and i dont really like it!! Ive browsed the net but not found any that i like - already thought of Pepsi, Jet, Twinkle and Dixie but my oh hates them!!


Any ideas??

Apparently kittens should have names which end with a 'i' sound (ie Sooty) because they can hear it better!

my kitten in my piccie is called Honey. She definitely looks honey coloured and shes the queen bee for sure. maybe you should wait til u can see what her personality is like a bit.

One of our cats was called Fidget cos she never sat still!
and another we called Coco after Coco Chanel cos she was black and white....very Chanel!

We have to kittens both female, called them pepsi and tango as my hubby works for britvic soft drinks, most days he comes home covered in pepsi and tango.... lol:rotfl:

Awww, they both sound gorgeous. :T

It won't matter if you wait a while to see what her personality is like before deciding on a name, I called my smallest girl Zena for a few days before realising that Daisy was much more appropriate (I now refer to her as "your majesty" :rolleyes:) . My boy is Yogi and the new girl with grey/blue eyes is called Skye

I'm convinced that all cats think their names mean "food" :rotfl:

Wow i didnt expect to get this many replies!!! well i've text my oh ... as he's out lol, and said i like storm, dixie, and sooty but still open to ideas!!

And am still browsing the net as we speak!
