hi i have a carpet some 8 months old from a reputable local dealer who the family have used for a good few years May i point out that it was of supposed good quality i complained to the carpet shop about two lines down a 3 foot length of the carpet who organised an independent assesment on behalf of the manufactures.The…

the shop will be arguing with the manufacturer over who pays the fitting, the manufacturer will give the shop credit not cash. If they refunded the price of the carpet they must refund the fitting money to. I come across this quite often, keep hassling them
