I know.. it was just to let those know who said their transactions had tracked on Quidco. Will track (mine did automatically, didn't even click thru from Quidco) but then is declined. :)

Has anyone else had the problem with Next taking the money from your account when they don't have the items in stock to send you?

I didn't order much in the sale this year but I have only received 3 out of the 12 items. They have so far charged me for 6 items but when I phoned today they said that the 3 I have already received are the only items that are available, the other 9 are all on a delay and will be sent to me when stock is available which I guess means that I have to wait to see if other people who have already bought these items return them!
  • Well I'll be returning all my order apart from one item. I usually spend loads but was very underwhelmed with this sale & the stuff I did get wasn't very good quality. I've kept a hooded top, I ordered 2 for size, one in a petite size 10 the other in a standard 12. They measured the same in sleeves & body length & the bust was only slightly different:confused:

Between us we ordered quite a bit, I'm just about to double check want I want to keep/send back but I think I'm keeping 5 things max. Some of the stuff is really Primarky looking, nothing wrong with Primark but I expect better from Next.

Well yes, because Next are more expensive than Primark.

I like the pyjamas I ordered but they are narrow and will look too tight around my boy's barrel-chest. We'll keep them anyway, nobody esle sees his PJ's :)

The t-shirt is lovely, but only suitable due to my neice being thin - they've really skimped on the material in a tesco-value kind of way. Okay for thin children, but plenty of places cater for thin children, I thought Next were one to cater for the chunkier build.
