has anyone been in the various london ones where the sale has started? how is the stock instore?

I went to the one in Bow Lane (City) at 7.15 this morning. There wasn't a lot of stock but then there never usually is on a mid-season sale (plus it's quite a small branch). The kids stuff wasn't great - better if you had baby age and the ladies wear was suits, some dresses and various tops that I've actually seen for at least the last sale! Saying that, I did get myself a nice pair of boots and spent £180! I hope others are more successful.
  • what kind of stuff is in the sale?? im after some childrens clothes? and was wondering which seasons clothes are in the sale.
would be grateful if someone knows.

I had my first saleitem delivered this morning
  • I feel a little frustrated that this is the first time I have had a vip slot, and some people hacked in earlier and took some of the items without a vip! So by the time I got in at 23.00 over 20 of the items I was after had gone .
I understand people want the vip and why they did it, its just I have never had it before was so excited and felt it was a little ruint by the ammount of people who got on who shouldnt have and ordered???

Still spent over £350 so still good.

welcome to the world of the great VIP slots debate. I'm afraid it happens every year. Just be grateful that you got £350 worth of stuff and think of the money you've saved not buying the other 20 items some of which you probably wouldn't have kept anyway! Save your frustration for when next time you don't get a slot and there is no loophole and you end up with nowt!

Well, I got in a bit earlier than I should have done but I only bought 2 items. People spending £350 make things just as unfair as those sneaking in early in my opinion. They should limit it to one or two hundred pounds per customer, to give everyone a fair chance at the sale :(
