citi can be slow to set up but then once up and running, no probs

Set mine up in about a week, including initial check to see money was going in OK. Everything verified on-line as far as I recall. No different from anywhere else.

Still waiting for the card & PIN after almost two weeks.
Phoned the (barely intelligible) help desk who claimed they were lost in the post. Another set are supposedly on the way.
