my understanding then is that I pay x amount to cccs and they pay to my creditors??
    Correct
I've just had baliffs knocking on Friday because I forget to set up a S/O and I can't go through that again!!!
If you're having any baliff issues, PM "herbie21" she's an expert on baliff's issues.
I do have about 14 creditors and owe over £30k......£24k of which is secured against the house
    Are these secured charging orders?

    Any of them recent?

Baliff is sorted - I paid what was owing the day before but Baliffs hadn't recieved suspension, was pretty scary having them knock on my door (which I didn't open!!!) The suspension should be with them on Monday

Are these secured charging orders? Two are secured against the house in the form of charging orders and the other just sends baliffs (see above)

    Any of them recent?

Just one is recent - the other two are from 18months + ago.

    hahaha!! Cheers 10past!!

    Just a pity I haven't learned!!

Although in my defence if things had gone to plan, debts would have been cleared now, not growing!! Never mind!!
