Not exactly a well reasoned arguement. The recent Celerons (Celeron-D and Celeron-M) certainly don't suck and are reasonable and cheap choices. The Celeron-M mobile version is a very good cheap option. AMD Semprons compete with the Celeron-D - the desktop model and perform better though the difference isn't huge. As I said earlier if it's a Celeron with a 128kb cache (usually lists this in the specs) don't buy unless it's really cheap.

For what I need the 128kb Celeron is sufficient
