Im completely confused, saw a notebook prices from £399 but when I go to customise and buy its £499, am i just being fick ?
Dell show the "price from" on the first screen with 1 year warranty, but when you click Customise & Buy with 3 years on-site warranty. Downgrade the warranty back to 1 Y Collect & Return (CAR) and the price drops back down to around £399.00. Scroll down and change the free gift to a 2nd battery.
Don't forget this price is PLUS VAT, (£468.83) but you can save a further 5% by using the discount code ?7NWS3?Q45F?M0How do I add a signature?0 -

Brilliant, down to £445.40, just having a few pangs about spending that much, but I did just withdraw my annual savings of £650 to spend on myself. Funny how its easier to buy stuff for other people!"There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children; one of these is roots, the other wings" - Hodding Carter

£445 for a laptop with a nasty old 2.4ghz celeron and 14 inch screen isn't a great deal. For £50 more you could get an Acer laptop with far superior 1.5ghz Celeron-M and 15 inch screen at Comet or an Acer at Staples with an equally superior AMD Sempron 2800+ processor and a 15 inch screen.0

Right-o, does that mean a 1.5 celeron-m is better than a 2.4 celeron ? And do these come with warranty of any sort ? Someone help!"There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children; one of these is roots, the other wings" - Hodding Carter

Think it's a typo - should be 2.5 not 1.5!0
