Motorola V3 recon on Virgin for £64.99 with £5.00 free airtime, good deal, bought on before Christmas for £79.99 apart from the box you wouldn't have been able to tell it from a new one. Can be unlocked by Virgin for free if you spend more than £35.00 on airtime or get it unlocked at a local market for between £5.00 and £10.00. Link

In my experience OSPS are questionable when it comes to cashback, as they try and wriggle out of paying you any way they can.
Have a look round this mobile forum and you'll find a few threads on which ones are good or not.
