When I called to pay the balance on mine, on saturday, she said that the 8 weeks was 'yesterday' so I assume there is still an 8-week deadline? She said it hadn't been cancelled due to lack of payment though, even though I was 1 day overdue. Seeing as the holiday has only just been booked and I didn't receive their letter until saturday I should hope not, lol!
we booked for butlins in september on the last promotion and haven't had any sort of confirmation at all - i assumed they were waiting until nearer the time to ask us for the balance, but now i'm going to check that they haven't cancelled our holiday!52% tight0 -

Hi Rach, just received my confirmation letter and wondering should we upgrade. When you have been have you or would you bother?

the past 2 times we haven't bothered ( always been fine,2 bedroom double plus bunks and single in the other room)
but when we go in oct this yr,they have given us a free upgrade?!
not sure if that means an extra bedroom ? or things like microwave or what ?
hubby spoke to them to pay the balance

racheyb you could ask them on the phone (try saynoto0870) which accommodation grade they've put you in, then look it up on the website or request a brochure.
The sun said the extra may dates for this promotion were 'luxury' accommodation but out of 6 levels we have only been given level 2 - only difference between that and 'standard' is perhaps a newer van and that pets have not been allowed in.
I was told the park is full so no chance of upgrading, so
I'm glad we got a 'no-pets' van because most of us are allergic and we always upgrade.52% tight0 -
