i just realised i missed the earlier coupons for ths sun holilday offers, i have collected all from wednesady last week so i am still short of the 7 needed, please does anyone have any that is not been used that they can assist with. i will be eternally grateful. or a priority code

Its the service charge thats detailed in the Sun booklet (£9 pupn) and yes you have to pay it, it also includes club and pool entry etc.

You should get a confirmation letter whichn states what you've booked and what's left to pay.

I got my confirmation, linen charge is £14. I thought it was £10. Ah well, can't take loads of luggage on a 5 hour train journey with 2 changes, so I'll have to hire their linen lol!

I have had my email confirmation for my Devon hol on 29 June and payment has been taken but I am waiting on written confirmation. I just wanted to ask if anyone knows if you HAVE to pay for the entertainment passes and if they and the service charges have to be paid before you go or when you get there? Many thanks xx

service charge has to be paid for beforehand, 8 weeks before the holiday date, so when I got my letter on saturday my payment was already overdue lol!

edit - you don't have to hire linen - up to you if you want to take your own. They provide a duvet and pillow so it's the sheet, cover and pillowcase you're hiring.

You don't have to buy an entertainment pass if you don't think you'll need it. Call them and tell them if you want them to remove anything from the bill. the pass is needed to get into the club for discos, kids clubs, arcades etc. and also for the swimming pool.

we go to Haven on July 17th
received confirmation letter last week ,and says payment due now

not 8 weeks in advance ?
