I can remember staying at Parkdean Ruda in Devon one year and got chatting to some people in the bar, there were two families that had paid full price to be there (I think it was nearly £300) while I had paid about £80

They were (as you can imagine) more than a little miffed, they were even more miffed when they found out I had been given a better spec caravan than them! :rotfl:

Seriously though , can't complain with a caravan for under £40 a night in the school holidays , just need to save up some " bar money " :beer: now so Haven can make a bigger profit on my stay.

we mainly self cater,and aren't big drinkers

although i'm sure hubby will be having his fair share of coffee @ starbucks :rolleyes:

is anyone able to check whether there's anything left for 24th August? Northern France/Holland/or UK.
I'm considering buying a priority booking ref but can only go on the 24th August to fit in with the kids holidays and can't afford to buy one if there's nothing left.

I would really prefer 7 days.
