Yes Actually a photcopy is fine but they need the t&cs.
There is a risk that they will now send the T&cs

Can someone please let me know what happens after I've sent them a letter stating my dispute is a formal complaint and that the terms and conditions of my loan have not been received? Nothing has been received from Cahoot within the 14 days stipulated. Thanks.0
