Here it is with info removed. I only recevied a photocopy and not a true original. No terms and conditions either.

Yes Actually a photcopy is fine but they need the t&cs.

There is a risk that they will now send the T&cs

Or that they will send you the current T&cs, with lots of references to £12 fees.

My original letter was sent dated the 16th Feb. When do I put on the letter, due to 12+2, that it entered default? Thanks

Can someone please let me know what happens after I've sent them a letter stating my dispute is a formal complaint and that the terms and conditions of my loan have not been received? Nothing has been received from Cahoot within the 14 days stipulated. Thanks.
