If I Google my name the forum address is still coming up with my number is there a way of removing this from Google?

Yeah, a request has been made, as I said earlier. The page has gone, along with all the info, but google still holds the info until it visits again. Shouldn't be too long. I've requested deletion to be doubly sure.
