Unused email account has sent loads of emails out!!

Your password could have just been hacked / stolen.

Often happens if you use the same password or email / password combo to login across several sites... if just one of the less secure (or less scrupulous...) sites allows the email / password combo out, then someone will find it and use it.

Looks like your computer is clean, so all you need to do is log in on a clean computer, and change the password, as already mentioned

Maybe also a good idea to change passwords on other sites, if they use the same one.

Windows may probably be the problem - too many holes, too many hackers, too many competing products claiming to fix these problems and failing to.

Tried Linux?? It;s free, faster and more secure...
