contract phone

hi, can any give me advice please, i origninaly signed for an orange contract phone last year which is about to finish but foolishly upgraded in november and landed with an 18month orange contract, only the phone was signed for on delivery, the contract was taken over the phone does any know if i can get out of this for free please, as i have just lost my job and cant afford to keep the contract going. :confused:

  • What network are you on? If you're on vodafone you can downgrade your tariff, if not then you have to wait 3 more months. No way you can get out of it since its been that long. Best thing to do is wait for the right time to drop it to the lowest tariff. If you have to, then sell the phone to help out towards your line rental. Hope that helps.
