Went to GBK in Bristol soon after Christmas and had a majorly disappointing experience.
    1. I had to wait over half an hour to order, then another long wait for the food.
    2. I ordered a puy lentil burger with interesting ingredients like thai green curry, but it had only a few spots of lentils in what was essentially a potato cake, I couldn't taste the spices, and the whole thing had a gluey texture.
I'd been to GBK in Crouch End and East Dulwich in London a few times and always had a good (if expensive) experience there, mostly with vegetarian burgers and once a game burger.
It seems that the standard is just not well maintained across the different franchises.

How do I get this week's offer? I've registered, been sent an e-mail confirmation, and another saying it's an offer, but I can't click on it. I can't see it on the wbsite either.
    What am I doing wrong?

Update: I've managed to retrieve the voucher from the welcome e-mail, which is 50% off, but not weekends, which is when we're looking to go.

Had my first visit to a GBK restaurant (at Lakeside.) We had a mexican burger and greek lamb burger - have to say we weren't impressed with either burger - they were a little bland. The chips were very good and the Oreo Milkshake was amazing :p. It comes in a huge silver cup and a smaller cup to tip it into and I feel you get alot for you money..

I might give it another go and try the ones below sometime and if anyone else has recommendations please let me know! Do they do desserts there as no one offered us any?

GBK are great, and they offer 5 different vege burgers too
Which ones do you recommend please?

Agree about the milkshake, thanks for the burger recommendation!

Also I have to say that the service we recieved was amazing, and the staff were great and friendly, and very efficient. As you pay before you get your food I had to remember to leave a tip - the tip bowl is at the counter.
