Can anyone give me an idea how to work the tesco vouchers...do u have to register somewhere to convert your cash value...

I have been a tesco saver for a little while and use my points when my vouchers come in to spend in tesco...but realised u can spend them at pizza express...how does this work and how much do u have to spend? is it the same cash value as tesco money voucher?

You get 4 times the face value of the vouchers. Don't forget you can only spend them on FOOD (not drinks of any kind) and they are not valid with any other promotion except gift cards.

went to pizza express yesterday (paying with tesco deals tokens).
The menu has been updated and I really think they have massively upped the prices on all the pizzas, and the kids piccolo menu. it didnt seem such a bargain any more....wonder if they have suffered by dishing out so many vouchers and bogofs that they have upped the prices to compensate.

Well I've just looked at the menu online and the prices look much the same as they have been for a long time to me - maybe a few pence here and there but no "massive" increases. Can you give any examples?

Just a heads up if you are thinking of going to the Southend PizzaExpress restaurant, don't bother, the unit has closed down for 2 weeks for a refurb.

We just had dinner at Pizza Express using the 2 for 1 voucher and they charged us £1 for the second main course..... when we questioned the waitress she said that they had changed the deal and that now they were charging £1 for the second course. It's still a good deal don't get me wrong (!) but I do feel slightly miffed and confused as to how they can get away with that when it clearly says 'one free main course' on the voucher!

They can't - that was a different offer and she was getting confused, deliberately or otherwise. You were robbed!
