Help wanted ref M Pay

I have been charged £15 for purchase on M Pay. Who are they? Vodaphone cannot help. Does anyone have a stop number for them. I do not know how I came to sign up, so HELP

Contact your bank, they may have more info about who it is.

If you are sure you didn't sign up, report it as a fraudulent access to your account. Your bank will give you the money back and sort them out.

Vodafone m-pay bill enables you to make online payments using your mobile phone account. Anyone can use it, plus it’s fast, secure and straightforward.


Vodafone m-pay bill lets you make small payments for services onthe mobile internet by adding the amount to your monthly mobile phone bill or deducting it from your prepaid airtime credit. It makes it easy for you to buythings like ringtones and games or other entertainment and information services. There's no need for a bank account, a credit card or even to tell anyone your personal details.



Vodafone m-pay bill is available to all Vodafone customers, you don't even need to pre-register to use the service. The amount of any transaction is simply charged to your mobile phone account.


If you would like to be able to view your Vodafone m-pay transactions online, you can set up online access. You do need to register for this and choose a unique username, password and PIN code, however it only takes a couple of minutes.

Have got in touch with vodaphone again. nice man turned off the Pay For It on my account and refunded money. Thanks to everyone for help.:j
