But how can that be?! There's nothing to them!!! I do love creme eggs though - refrained from having one so far this year, but judging by that, I'm glad!! Thanks Sammy :rolleyes: (Bess says in a most sarcastic tone!!)

Morning all, feeling much better than yesterday, which isn't hard seeing as I spent the entire day in bed watching nature programs yesterday. Even my boys were shocked because generally I don't stay in bed, even if I'm ill, it's only if I'm feeling really terrible that I'll stay in bed. Gotta pop up to the bank and put my cheque in from music magpie, I keep getting drips and drabs to get me through.

Once it's been watched, could someone give me a quick description as to what's happening! I am at work and the internet police have banned us from going onto facebook, you tube, twitter etc, as they are classed as 'social networking'! I'm surprised they haven't rung me up and told me off! I shall just argue that as my employers they should be ensuring my health and wellbeing by allowing me on here! Thank you!

Edited to say: Thank you for telling me what it is! Now I know, I shall have the tune going round in my head and smile on my face! Although Classic FM are playing a classical version of 'Life on Mars' which is quite good too!

445 calories Sammy....sheesh no wonder I haven't lost any weight up until last week when you keep tempting me with Creme egg talk! I have to say I am completely addicted to food focus now and logging everything which seems to be working as I have lost 2lbs since Monday
