Thu - galette au chou
Hi angelnikki - would you share the recipe for this? I still have some chou in the garden (January King), and that could be rather nice. Is the galette a buckwheat one?
thanks a lot

Mr S is the world's fussiest meat eater so he sorts himself out. He'll probably eat chicken/sausages/steak pie/mince and/or bacon most days (without any veg exceot mushy peas or any potatoes bar waffles). I've given up trying to make him healthier he's worse than a kid.0 -
