Hi all, done a little juggle with mine this week.... as out all day next weekend and so no chance of roast.
Sat - Roast chicken
Sun - Enchiladas

Tue - HM Chicken Creole (from freezer) plus veg
Wed - fishfingers chips and peas (maybe)
Thur - chilli wraps
Fri - If I've been paid - fish pie - if not then random one portion freezer meals

Sun - Mince and veg with gravy in giant yorkies.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I think mine is like this:
Sat - haggis & neeps for the meat eaters, pasta & tomato sauce for the vegetarian
Sun - hm pizza (with pepperoni for the meat eaters)
Mon - potato, cheese & onion pie, baked beans
Tues - egg or vegetable curry (hm), rice, peshwari naan (bought)
Wed - aubergine parmigiana
Thurs - stir fry vegetables with tofu and toasted cashew nuts, noodles
Fri - leek & potato soup, welsh rarebit
Edited to add - some changes. Tuesday is now going to be a brown rice risotto thingy with cashew nuts and kidney beans. I don't have any mozzarella left, so can't do parmigiana. Hmm. Also all the cashews are going into tuesday so there won't be any for thurs, and I've eaten the tofu anyway in miso soups! Oh, and I used the leeks in the pie tonight!
