They're still out there as the posters above say, but the offers are nowhere near as good as they used to be. I took a retention deal instead, can get the phone and tarrif you want and a discount without the need to claim.
Ended up selling my upgrade phone, pocketed £260 cash, which will pay of most of my line rental!0
