changing networks-advice on sim needed

phone is set to save contacts/messages to sim.i'm planning on changing networks and taking the same number.if i do this, when there's a changeover of number will it wipe all the details?

Change your phone settings and save contacts to 'phone'

That way you can then take out the sim and you will have saved your contacts on the phone memory.

This info will be found in the manual or if you don't have one, google your phone manufacturer and you should be able to find instruction manual there.:D

What network are you swapping to & from?


I think vodafone do an in-shop service of copying them all over.
