    Ooh, this is something I've never tried: and when trying to lose weight, probably never will! lol. But good luck, hope you get some tips soon. Sounds lovely :drool:

    Making chocolate from scratch is a hugely skilled and complicated undertaking and I wouldn't advise any amateur to even think of doing it, especially when the supermarkets are selling value chocolate for 30 pence for a 100 gramme bar.

    Pralines are not particularly difficult to make from scratch with shop-bought chocolate and very rewarding but are still very fiddly to make them look presentable, so only consider doing this if you have quite a lot of space and plenty of time on your hands.

    Truffles are easy and rewarding, though somewhat messy :o
