    Re solicitors - I'd use the online companies to give you an idea of prices then I'd approach local high street companies and ask them if its possible to price match.
    Most people are working too hard to make really decent money:eek:

    Can anyone mention good online conveyancing/brokers they HAVE USED and were good, it doesnt matter on repo or normal buying, I just want to know names which people have been satisfied with in the past...
