You really need to do a proper soa. Go through your last 12 months of bank statements and see where your money is going.
Look in your cupboards, fridge and freezer and write down everything you have. Look at how many meals you can make. Only then buy what you need to make a meal. Buy own branded labels, especially when you want to bulk out a shepherds pie or something.
If you have contract mobile phones ring them and ask if they will drop you down some tariffs,
Cancel the sky (if you have it), see if you can get cheaper deals on your landline and internet.
These are just a few things but until we see a soa then we cannot advise completely.
