Cheap mobile broadband

Has anyone seen any good pay monthly contract mobile broadband deals recently?
Most seem to be charging c.£15/month for 3Gb. 3 Mobile does 5Gb or 15Gb for £15 for a 18mth/24mth contract respectively (v. high charges over contracted limit).
Mobile broadband routers are currently only offered by 3 Mobile (Wireless Router £68.50 one-off cost) and T-Mobile ("Mobile Broadband Share Dock" is £20/month for 3Gb and free router).
O2 had a really good deal at the end of last year (with Quidco?), now finished.
3 Mobile have good existing customer offers (half price at end of last year).
Quidco / Topcashback cashback discounts: O2 £40, Vodafone £90, T-Mobile £73, Orange £70, 3 £48, Virgin £60, 3 Mobile £48.
