I'm sure you would compain too if a mirror had fell off a babys toy and when you picked it up it had cut you... could easily have been my babys face that was cut by it! Also, the gift to rectify the situation was sent with grime all over it like it had been stored in a dirty warehouse for months beforehand, tried to clean this off with a damp cloth(only way that is recommended due to it being battery operated) and it will NOT come off! For you information email sent thanked the lady very much for the gift and explained the situation with the dirt that was all over it, she has seen the pictures and was shocked that this had been allowed to leave the warehouse as it is!

As said in the original post I have cut the story down a hell of a lot so that it's not an essay, in future I suggest that if you have no comments relating to the question asked in the first place then you should restrain yourself from typing an unnessecary reply!

The only part of the story i was told about was a mirror that fell off, as such i did not know the full story, Next time you post be a bit more informative and you will not get such replies.

    The only reason i said
i hope it was a nice email
was in the past, people send horrid emails, about how this acceptable blah blah blah.

Also the only thing you told us about was dust, not grim. :D
