I'm shattered - really hope that I am recharged enough. Have done 1 lot of washing. Put next lot in. Unpacked and packd the dishwasher etc but our front room looks like a bombsite
Could be worse...we've got the rental agency inspection tomorrow before DH goes on the lease. *Sigh*

    Hi IMD, Milann and BZ

Yeah IMD grateful we have an offer to transfer too - I know some people pay really high aprs but luckily we can usually get 0% deals - just pay transfer fee

Milann - really hope that the travel isn't as bad this week - it has been horrendous

BZ good luck with the rental inspection! Please also send me piccies for MIL!

Better go and check on washing! Make sure kids have something to wear tomorrow for school! Unfortunately need to more housework tomorrow as lounge is unliveable with LOL!

Have put next lot of washing in the drier!

Have just agreed with OH that will put off buying the new motorbike boots to January sales as there is just too much money potentially coming out of our account in December. That will work out well anyway as am due 5 weeks pay at start of Jan! Woohoo!

So still to buy b4 xmas

    Mum and dad's pressies
    Photo based gift for MIL
Bed for DS and pref some cushions or something

So approx £200 spend.... rather than £320 with the boots! My parents are buying some of the pressies I've already bought for my kids and OH off me too at some point - so am hoping that they will in real terms contribute at least £50-70 towards that figure above.... possibly more if they buy some of the CDs etc off me that I bought....

DS has now decided he wants to get a better computer rather than a laptop with his xmas and birthday money (that he is hoping to receive!!) which OH is much happier with... Potentially at some point DD will get his old pc if we can sort out a screen for her.... He had asked for all his pocket money for next year in advance to help fund this item - but hopefully this won't be quite as essential as the pc should be cheaper than the laptop he would need! Now need to pray for really good january sales to buy it in LOL

I need to find out exactly how much DH has on CCs and see about doing the same...

Thanks. I hate them. Especially as they have been known to enter my house without prior warning before:eek::mad: And recently too.
I've sent them, and emailed you. They're password protected, as have younguns in...;)

I reckon the folks would give monetary gifts (instead of the usual [STRIKE]crap[/STRIKE] oddities) if they know what they're going towards?

She can have my old one? It's a big old style one though?

They are not legally entitled to enter without warning tho.....

I've asked the folks for money for him but they are not keen - hoping that I can persuade them to buy a couple of cds off me that I bought as part of the clubcard deals and then give cash for the rest. I can then put the cash they give me towards the CDs to him as part of our present if that makes sense....

Anyway done my scratchcards today - got 20p instead of the usual 10ps... so not bad! I'll log in for bb results later too!

My photobucket account is password protected anyway so you didn't need to worry about that!

I know, I was furious. It's a long story, involving them thinking sending a letter telling me when the appt would be (and that they could and would enter if I wasn't there) during the postal strikes...

Ah well, figured it couldn't hurt, either way. :) Let me know what you think of them :)

    Thanks IMD very generous LOL!

I did my banking yesterday and remain amazed at how well we are doing.... Despite paying my min payments plus and extra £200 our bank accounts are still looking healthy... Having said that my cashback CC bill is higher than I would like but that is due to the insurance on the "new" motorbike and OH's new motorbike jacket (that still hasn't come) so still reasonable!

Looking forward to when I can start making serious inroads into our debt again....

Well won £1 on a free daily scratchcard today - not a bad start to the morning. Will check back tonight to see if I won on BB

I feel really tired today. Hope things go okay at work! Really need to finish getting ready now instead of playing on here.
