I'm after buying a Jug/Small pot for boiling soup/water it has to be able to sit on gas stove,
so was thinking of a metal enameled one or stainless steel and i'm after buying an Irish flag.
I'm off to glastonbury this year and taking an irish girl so the flag is a surprise for her to put
on the tent pole. So EBay was an idea too pick up a bargain maybes. I've got some camping
stuff but she hasn't so i am very good for making sure she has everything lol. \0/

Clio - take your wellies as Glastonbury is always muddy - its known as Glastonbury super Mud:eek:

I would have thought that being a biker you would have the means to boil water or something on a stove? You could probably pick up something on freecycle especially if you say that you are new to camping. Unfortunately, I no longer have a camping kettle but I do have a full set of pans (which I may be persuaded to lend out as long as they come back).

Better than a flag to go on the tent - I would suggest a blow up doll - seriously you are more likely to find the tent that way.

Horace i have my own stuff. I need extra little bits n bobs. Would the enamel jug/cups/pan be any good or will it leave horrible stuff in the water. Probably end up getting stainless steel ones..
