Whilst we were at the hospital i showed the e11 certificate and they sorted the wife out. 3 months later i am receiving a bill in french from the hospital asking for 30 odd euros. The letter is all in french and they want payment by euros. Do i pay if so how do i pay. Help me please as i dont know what to do. there is no english on the letter so i cant make any sense of it
We have had bills from Dutch and French hospitals and contacted someone in Longbenton (Newcastle) who got our bills sorted for us - the Dutch hosptial had billed us as non EU nationals despite E111 and it was thousands. This happened afew years ago but it's still worth seeing if you can still do this.0
