I wonder if a bag of crisps and a cup of tea would have the same effect? Stuff the vitamins...:rotfl:
I like the sound of your vitamins geordie_lass. :rotfl:~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
For anyone printing off the Dove vouchers, what am I doing wrong? I already have an account there, so I put in my email and hit "print voucher" and then a screen comes up that reads "Thank you." But it doesn't take me to a voucher to print, and it doesn't email one! What's up?
its the pop up thing, at the top of my IE it said do you want to temporalily allow pop ups and I clicked yes, you can also get around this by holding down the control key when you click to get the voucher. HTHI luv freebies0 -

Afternoon everyone:hello:
No real life Bootsing for me today but I got my fix by placing an online order with .com. I've treated myself to some perfume with some birthday money that was burning a hole in my pocket, and a few other bits and pieces. I'm supposed to be getting a free mp3 player with the perfume and got extra points for some calprofen and total spend. Is it wrong to be this excited :j :j about getting extra points and gwp's???
I think my OH is getting a bit cheesed off with my Boots obsession so I can't see me letting loose in a shop at the weekend but you never know!! Enjoy your sunny afternoon everyone:beer:Started SW 11.1.11

I must get off the PC now. I've spent too long on it already (got to be careful as I had my eyes done yesterday afternoon)
happy bootsing everyone:D

Aaw, typical of Mr B' isn't it, trying to cut back on great deals etc.
I didn't even get a voucher, ah well some you win, some you don't.
There are other vouchers floating about, I wouldn't mind a link to any acutal vouchers though, as I can't seem to print one off.
Might still be worth using your £1.50 off anyway. Have you checked any product prices.:)
i got this voucher for the dove intensive range but the cheapest i saw was £4xx so wasnt worth it,i thought it was quite expensive for something i didnt need or want so left it,typical it runs out before the new offers start, minght have been worth it then0 -
Can confirm that gwp, 342 and reduced items (plus one pack of wipes) plus perkie all works together. Lad on the photo counter thought it was hilarious and when I said I'd do it again but the No7 SA would got mad, he just laughed and told me to come back to him
Even gave me a couple more perkie 'cause I made him laugh.
Stoopid things. I went in to spend them and came out with twice as many :rotfl:
Also, if you want little spend for using up perkie, some of the mens stuff is about 6.50.
I got: reduced compact 6.35, mens face wash, 6.50, nail polish 6.10 (342) GWP, used perkie, plus the over-60's discount (which I queried today, they told me to ring CS)
then: bath soak, mens body wash, compact mirror (342), GWP, used perkie, plus over 60's discount.
All went through fine together with no bleeps.
However, if you use a perkie and a points voucher and the subtraction of the perkie brings the cost below the mim spend, the points don't go on even if you gave the points voucher first. SA added them manually for me yesterday rather than refund my basket though:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
pollsdolls wrote: »What a shame, you could have taken 3 for the same price. The perkies appear to work, with 1 full price item and 2 reduced. I haven't tried it yet but others have.
You could go back to the store with your receipt and they should give you the 3rd item, if you point out that you weren't aware of the 342 offer. I have done this in the past. A lot of SA will point this out, but not all:p
(If you did get the 342 just ignore me)
Also, I'm completely miffed ! I've been after the No7 GWP for ages, but have been too mean to spend the required amount to get it (so I'm obviously not THAT bothered). And my local has had tonnes of overflowing shelves full of the little blighters. BUT then the day the 3 for 2 started there wasn't any to be seen anywhere - shelves stripped bare. What have they done with them all ??? What a swizz !!!
It was only after I'd worked out my 3 for 2 No7 manouvre (sp?) and went to reach for a GWP that I realised they'd gone !!0 -
Hi all! :hello:
I'm a bit miffed really.......... I just received my .com order for the Slim Fast smoothies (2 huge boxes with loads of brown paper in them) I had also ordered some Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner (2 for £4) but when I opened up the second box............. the shampoo didn't even have a lid on it, and it's completely covered the whole lot and the cardboard box is all soggy.
I have phoned Customer Services, and the lady said she would refund the Shampoo(£2)........................ and that was it! No appology, no 'have a nice day' nothing.
Now I have heaps of cleaning up of shampoo-y bottles of Slim Fast, and no 'sorry' or anything
Maybe I'm just being stupid, but I just thought an apology on behalf of their courier or something would have been nice.
Has anyone had this happen too?0 -
i dont know if i should type in a whisper as i am at work, and pretending to be working.....
But at lunch time i went to Boots as you do in a lunch time, and i noticed it is 342, all the ladies GWP have disappeared...but there is a few mens there. If i bought 3 of the mens products priced about 6.10 ish x 3...would i be charged for 2 be able to use a perkie and get the GWP...
Thanks for any advice in advance....
back to work i shall pretend to go.......
Have a great sunny afternoon x0
