  • Hi Everyone :hello: I have not posted before as i am very new to bootsying (?) but have reading everyones posts with great interest lately and would like to say that your all brilliant finding these bargins! i cant believe i used to chuck the vouchers away and never bothered with the acm untill you guys showed me what i was missing - so thankyou very much! :j Anyway, on topic now - I got my OH to take me on a Boots crawl to use up my last 2 perkies and went to the Oxford city centre, Oxford retail park, Didcot one and Bicester one where i found:
Oxford city centre - last chance stand has reappeared with lots of no.7 creams (cant remember the name sorry but not p&p) and thats it.
Oxford retail park - had no17 wipes for 99p which worked with the free nail varnish. (2 packs left)
Didcot - they are in the middle of a refit i think as half the shelves were empty but some of the aisles left with stuff on them were completely reduced? lots of haircare, hairdyes, bath stuff, electrical items, healthcare etc - sorry i am being a bit vague but having 2 small children and a partner mucking around in the aisles is very distracting and i seem to forget everything! Most of the stuff wasnt massively reduced but might be worth keeping an eye on if your a local ;)
Bicester - same reduced stuff as everyone is finding on tights etc but i found on a low shelf near the front of the store some no17 spring eye pallettes and no17 limited edition by 'jonathan saunders' gift set which is very small but very cute and both of these had normal sels of £1 ? i picked up one of each and was wondering if this was a good deal or not as i am not very experianced with no17?
There were about 10 of each when i saw them today so i hope that helps someone x

  • Hi Guys, still not caught up with all the goss but think I've got the gist of the main bargains.

I've got a serious cold at the minute but just had to go into town yesterday to use up my last perkie and to see if I had any no7 ACM vouchers. I've not been in since the offers changed over so couldn't resist!! Plus I needed some cold & flu tablets (that's what I told the OH anyway!);)

Well as soon as I got down the street I got hailstoned (is that a word, lol) all over. Looking on the bright side, at least it had only taken me 30 seconds to do my hair!

Anyway, the ACM had no no7 vouchers at all for me :( ! I had the half price 17 eyeshadow voucher, 50 points roll on and quite a few more but can't for the life of me remember!

The no7 counter had all the Stay Perfect Lipsticks reduced to less than £5 plus some of the lip lacquers. They were all orange coloured though apart from the one half decent colour that I picked up. The petal eyeshadow palettes and lip tints were on a clearance stand for £5.3x and £4 as well as some sun products. Clearance was a bit rubbish, some Roc Cellulite and Dermobrasion kits for £9.98 plus some more bits that I've completely forgotten about :o .

I was walking round in circles for a bit, got my 2 lipsticks and a lip lacquer and I kept forgetting what I was looking for:o ! I blame it on this cold! The store was packed aswell and nobody moves out of the way for buggies these days (dd was with me) so I was getting quite stressed too!

Here's what I bought, only a mini shop today:

    No7 lip lacquer - £4.75
    No7 Stay Perfect Lipstick - £4.65
    No7 Stay Perfect Lipstick - £0 (3 for 2)
Natural Collection Lash Build Mascara £1.95 (I love this mascara, I know it's cheap but I find it much better than No7!)
    Extracts Mini Bodywash - £2.45

Used: Mailing 1/3 off Extracts, Mailing 100 points on any mascara, perkie, Extracts 150 points mag voucher

So I paid £7.97 and got 266 points back and gained a rubisshey or whatever they're called!

Rubylou: I said I'd take a look for you but my store didn't have any of the Bourjois nail sharpeners left, but somebody has said it goes through fine with the £2 till spit (and the tweezers too):D .

Oh just remembered, the ACM offered my a 3 for 2 on T&G haircare plus I got a £2 off professional haircare wys £4 in my mailing plus there is a coupon for T&G in the mag so maybe all these could be combined?? I haven't got the energy to work it all out right now but will let you all know if I have success.
  • I am in need of a new travel or small hairdryer and wondered if anyone is able to recommend a one? I would like it to be powerful as I have very thick hair and weak wrists!! Thank you.
