Help - Airtime cashback
I have cashback for redemption to Airtime after 12 months from Dialaphone.
If I upgrade my contract can I get the 12th month cashback into the upgraded account? or should I continue with contract without upgrade, to get the cashback.
I hope, Dialaphone won't know if I upgraded or continued the contract, because the network and phone number will be same. I read somewhere when you upgrade, the account number changes but I am not sure.

I really think to save getting yourself in a mess you should just ring them and ask the question - I don't see why you would have to give your name or your number0
