Help
Hi, my name is Craig, I was wanting some help off someone and thought I could possible get some good advise from here. Let me tell you the situation that I find myself in. We have been sold a mobile phone contract from a compnay called Delta Communications. I had a lady call me wanting to meet me with some great mobile phone offers only for business users at great deals. I gave her time to explain the offer which was 4 handsets for £35 per month which I said instantly it would be £35 for each phone. I did not need the 4 phones as there would only be use for 3 phones in my business. She was addament that the deal was £35 per month for 4 phones including insurance and unlimited calls and txt between each handset. I thought like everybody really should if its to good to be true then it usally is, why i did not listen to myself. I was also in a contract with 3 mobile at the time and my wife was with orange but Delta explained they would pay the get out clause to get our business. I signed up with delta in June 2008 for 2 years. They paid the get out clause and sent the phones out and every thing seemed to be ok. When we recieved our first bill things started to go wrong. The bill actually came from orange for £281.73. This was very shocking. We got in touch with delta that explained that we needed to send the bill on to them, then they would reinburse us the diverence. This went on for several months with each bill being different amounts ranging from £250 to £320. We were still having problems with Delta and then one day when we tryed to contact them, they had gone bust. They had been taken over by a company called Premier Mobile. They said they would carry on the contract on our behalf for the first year then look at it after a year and try to get us a better deal. We have gone to trading stadards to try and help us but they said because we have signed a contract we have to go ahead with it, but we signed it for £35 per month and we are defenatly not paying that. Up to date we have payed well over the £700 for the 2 year deal and we are just very frustrated and getting further into debt with all this. Is there anybody out there can give us some advice or help. Thanks Craig

Hi Craig,
can I just say that posts which are a 'wall of words' with no para's are really tricky to read. I gave up halfway through I'm afraid.Mortgage free as of 10/02/2015. Every brick and blade of grass belongs to meeeee. :j0 -
Hard to read as mentioned. Anyway, so in the contract it clearly states 3 phones for £35pm line rental with all the allowances that was quoted to you?
If so, I'm sure you could cancel?0
