Can I send Dialaphone copies of my online bills?

I don't seem to have received last month's bills in the post and I haven't got time to wait for them to come so I can claim my cashback.

I have until Monday! Bit annoyed.

As per their terms only Paper bills are accepted. Try sending the previous month's bill by signed delivery, so that you have a proof of postage.

if the bill is a wrong one, they will send the bill back (this will take a week) and ask you to send the correct one. During, this time you can get the correct bill from network and keep it ready to send to them, when they ask again.

I think the best thing to do is phone them and speak to them, but generally they do not accept copy bills.

I did not leave it this late, and I had a copy, it was just that the copy that Three supplied looked like something they had printed from the Internet.

You may be able to persuade them to take a copy, but unfortunately they are within their terms and conditions to just not pay.

I had a similar problem with 3 not sending the bill on time. I called dialaphone and they refused to take a copy. So i had 3 call them on a conference call and they agreed to take the copy.

Dialaphone will not accept photocopies, but they WILL accept copy bills printed from your web account page with 3. I know because yesterday I received my final cashback payment after sending a web-bill. The only difference with this bill is that it does not show the 3 logo. Do not ask 3 to send a copy bill as you will only get a photocopy and it states in their t&C's that a £5 charge will be levied for this.

As for 3 not sending bills - This is getting to be a common theme with them. Either their system has got problems OR me thinking a little more sinically believe they are purposely witholding bills which are liable to cashback claims !!!!
As 3 are well know to the BBC's WATCHDOG programme I have passed this info onto them. Whether it goes any further or not who knows. Maybe Martin could pubically air this on one of his TV/Radio shows.
