Switching Gas & Elec suppliers

I normally pay my Gas (currently with British Gas) by monthly d/d £49 pm & my elec(again currently with BG) by monthly d/d £14.50 pm. This normally kept on top of my bills. However this week I have received 2 HUGH bills & am in debit on my gas by £217 & in debit on my elec by £93. When I go onto a price comparison site what do I enter as my usage in order to get a good comparison

If you don't have that information (you need two meter readings roughly a year apart), ask BG.0
