  • Don`t worry about it , as people have said already we all have to let a bit of steam of from time to time and this forum is a place where people are obviously under more stress than usual and i`m glad to see people react to your apology in a positive way. Good luck with the future.

Hi coldoasis, forget about it. I have been there when I have posted something that I have been so worried about and have just been sitting there staring at the screen, hitting the refresh button and just waiting and hoping for an answer. It is frustrating but sooner or later someone knows the answer and can help out. It's just such a stressful time going bankrupt that you can't think of anything else except the fact that you desperately are looking for and need some help and advice.

    Yes i am a he

and an Aries = no patience whatsoever

I'm certainly not in need of any credit never want to go down that route again

I got into debt once sold my house and paid off the debts ( a decision i regret to this day as i'll probably never own my own place again) thats what really frustrates me now renting somewhere for twice the price

and then did it all over again unfortunately the banks were not helpful at all one consolidation loan would have cured it (i think)
In the end i was drowning robbing Peter to pay Paul and thought sod em

I know its not the right attitude but i knew i would have a price to pay six years off struggling ( thats what upset me yesterday there i am following the advice in Fermi's thread cleaning everything up and waiting for it all to disapear by this time next year and then i get the CCj thing thrust into my lap adding another year to it and just lost it
like i say i ve managed for five years with no credit and not suffered but it would be nice to have a credit card with a teeny limit just to rebuild my rating and to stop having to ask others to pay for things and then give them the money like i did for the holiday i booked this week.

On the plus side BR has taught me some very improtant lessons
i now have savings something which was unheard of in the olden days
I still like to pay cash for things even though i have a debit card now (withdraw the money outside tescos and then go n pay cash for shopping - iknow where i am then)
i now longer keep having to borrow money from people until i get paid.

I just felt yesterday that i was seeing an end to my sentence and someone was chucking an extra year on for bad behaviour when really i have been quite good ;)

I would like to help people with any help i can give (but there are far more suitably qualified people on here than me)

To be honest i had quite an easy ride with the whole experience very little contact with the OR and have forgotten most of it.

Hope this helps others who are worried its not as bad as it seems and trust me you'll sleep far better at night

The only thing is you get very little post through the door as no-one is chasing you and you sometimes get upset with the lack of contact from the outside world and go looking for answers to questions on forums and when they dont arrive get frustrated d'oh:rolleyes:

Still toying with the idea of taking a new id though The shame of my rant :embarasse

Actually this post can be helpful to others....everyone gets like this...and frustrated with it all.

I would have been lost without this site. Even the Diaries and Countdowns to Bc were helpful in there own way to give other peoples perspectives on the process.

Well done for the apology and hope you sort your problem out...it was a very specific problem and one that I havent seen before..and prob the reason it wasnt answered..which is better than pages and pages of "I dunno's".

Dont create a new user name there really is no need, its all water under the bridge.

And Dalip...Soz to hear about your Job......im sure you will have another in no time ;)

Well done to you mate for having your rant, and coming back to say sorry, it takes a lot of balls, oh i read somewhere you are a bloke, and like phil said you may know something that nobody else knows, so please stick around, we all may need your advice.

I find this board compelling, and you've got to come back to it all the time, as i have, as i've been away for a few days. the people here are all in the same boat as me, or have been, and are still here giving advice, as i will do i'm sure.

I've been on this forum for over 2 years now too and one reason I stay on here is the lighthearted banter. If the banter and comaraderie (sp?) wasn't here, this wouldn't be the forum that attracts people helping year after year.

If someone needs advice about what pants to wear on BR day - then they'll get some advice, that is not clogging up the board. I'm sure other posters (as well as myself) have answered the same questions over and over - and most probably answered the question you asked too but we are happy to do so but don't expect us to apologise if we also have some fun along the way.
